At D-Link International Pte, we are committed to providing high-quality networking solutions and offer a 30-day return policy for defective or incorrect items. Please ensure all electronic products are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Return Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Technical Assessment
Our technical support team will review your request and may contact you for troubleshooting to determine if the hardware requires a replacement or repair.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once your RMA is approved, pack the device securely in its original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping package.
- 4.Inspection and Resolution
Upon receiving your item, our quality control team will inspect the hardware and process your exchange or refund within 7 to 10 business days.
